Als dies geschah, wurden die meisten Gelehrten, die Poneglyphen lesen konnten, ausgel\u00f6scht. Nico Robin war die einzige, die dank Sauls Bem\u00fchungen, sie zu retten, am Leben blieb, und Aokiji verschonte sp\u00e4ter auch sie. Alle anderen Gelehrten von Ohara gaben ihr Leben f\u00fcr das, woran sie glaubten, und taten alles, um am Leben zu bleiben. Die Fans wussten bereits, dass die Gelehrten alles M\u00f6gliche taten, um die B\u00fccher zu retten, bevor Ohara zu Asche wurde. Sie nahmen alle B\u00fccher, die f\u00fcr die Forschung und historische Aufzeichnungen verwendet wurden, und warfen sie in den See vor dem Baum der Erkenntnis. Alle B\u00fccher von Ohara wurden weggeworfen und dies war der einzige Schatz, den sie behalten wollten. Obwohl Ohara v\u00f6llig zerst\u00f6rt war, \u00fcberlebten die B\u00fccher letztendlich, was die Fans damals auch wussten. Was die Fans nicht wussten, war, dass die B\u00fccher schlie\u00dflich geborgen wurden. Dies wurde den Fans im Egghead Island-Arc von Vegapunk selbst enth\u00fcllt. Als Vegapunk und Dragon kamen, um den gefallenen Bewohnern von Ohara die letzte Ehre zu erweisen, wurde den Fans deutlich gezeigt, wie die Riesen alle B\u00fccher vom See transportierten und in ihre Heimat zur\u00fcckbrachten.
