Diese Arbeitsbedingungen klingen schrecklich. Niemand sollte unter diesem Druck arbeiten. Wo sind die Organisationen, die die Arbeiter in Japan sch\u00fctzen?<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>Und Sie dachten, so etwas passiert nur bei MAPPA?<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>Ja, die gesamte Anime-Branche war dieser Meinung. Wie kommen sie immer damit durch?<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>F\u00fcr Animatoren ist es genauso einfach, in den Streik zu treten und die Branche lahmzulegen. Niemand wusste von den Drehbuchautoren in Hollywood, bis sie streikten und wochenlang das Fernsehen lahmlegten. Warum tun sie das nicht auch in Japan?<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>Die Japaner haben eine so verdorbene Mentalit\u00e4t, dass sie bereit sind, sich k\u00f6rperlich und psychisch verarschen zu lassen, um in der Gesellschaft etwas zu bedeuten.<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>SHAFT liegt seit 2018 am Boden, als FATE\/EXTRA als Adaptionsprojekt scheiterte und viele wichtige Mitarbeiter verloren gingen.
