Oshi no Ko is a story written by Aka Akasaka (Kaguya-sama: Love is War!) and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari. The issue is published by Shuēisha, which announced – in the last published chapter – that it is about to begin the final arc of the serialization.

In issue 28 of 2024, Shuēisha's Weekly Young Jump reported, at the end of chapter 152 of the manga, Oshi no Ko which was published on June 12, which the delivery will begin its final arc.

The title will be “Hoshi ni Yume” (Towards the Stars and Dreams) and it’s worth noting that the series will take a short break before it starts. Oshi no Ko will be back until June 27th, in issue 30 of the magazine.

However, the news is not as bad as it seems, after all, the final arcs take at least a year, but that largely depends on the author's vision. We'll have to wait and see what Aka Akasaka plans to do with the popular story of his star idols.
