On the official website of the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Asato Mizu“Aharen-san wa Hakarenai (Aharen is indecipherable)”, the production of a second season of the project was officially confirmed. The statement did not reveal an expected release date.but he listed the production team that will return for this sequel.

For its part, Asato Mizu The manga began publishing through the digital service Shonen Jump Plus from the publisher Shueisha in January 2017 and completed in April 2023, compiling the work into a total of seventeen volumes. The work inspired a twelve-episode anime adaptation produced by the studios Felix movie and broadcast during the season Spring-2022 (April-June) in Japan.

• Yasutaka Yamamoto (Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou desu yo?) is responsible for the overall direction of the project, while Tomoe Makino (Tsurezure children, Sakamoto desu ga?) returns to take over the management of the studios Felix movie.
• Takao Yoshioka (Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, Horimiya, High School DxD) returns to writing and supervising the scripts.
• Tomoko Iwasa (Dolls Front Line), Yuuko Yahiro (Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Ultra Romantic), and Chie Mishima (Madogiwa no Totto-chan) is once again responsible for character design and animation direction.
• MONACA (Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru: Dai-Mankai no Shou) and Satoru Kousaki (Vivy: Song of the Fluorite Eye) are once again in charge of composing the soundtrack.

Synopsis of Aharen-san wa Hakarenai

Queen Aharen, a small, friendly student with a quiet voice, is very bad at judging distance and personal space. Sometimes she’s inches from your face and other times miles away. The only one who tries to understand her antics is Raidou Matsuboshi, who sits next to her in class. He has a menacing face, but is actually a kind boy with an imagination that sometimes runs wild. Aharen-san wa Hakarenai follows the unlikely pair as their unlikely friendship begins to blossom when Raidou collects Aharen’s eraser for her. She misinterprets his gesture and now believes they are best friends, showing how the simplest things can become the most complicated challenges for them.
