Much like Deku, many of the students in My Hero Academia's Class 1-A have interesting lives that could easily be turned into movies for each of them.
10 Fumikage Tokoyami emerges from the shadow
Fumikage unleashes his full power on All For One
Despite his primary role as Hawks' personal aide in My Hero AcademiaFumikage Tokoyami should never be underestimated, especially with the full power of the Dark Shadow Quirk. He puts up a great fight against All For One in Gunga Mountain Village, despite the obvious discrepancy in power between these fighters. The full brunt of Ragnarök: Fleeting Blow is enough to shatter All For One's mask.
As the battle continues, Fumikage unleashes the most powerful move in his arsenal, Black Abyss: Light of Baldur. Even though All For One survived the attack, it was strong enough to put the nearly invincible villain on the defensive for the first time. Fumikage went straight to the front lines and did not yield to the attack.
9 Mezo Shoji fights for what he believes in
Mezo believes in its own brand of civil rights
Despite the painful memories of his childhood, Mezo Shoji holds no grudge against humans for the mutant discrimination he suffered. On the contrary, while he wants to bring about change, he also does not want to resort to unnecessary violence in My Hero Academia. He becomes personally involved when Spinner and his army of mutants lead an attack on Central Hospital.
Slowly but surely, Mezo reaches out to a lone soldier of the mutant army, who convinces a mob of 15,000 soldiers to retreat after realizing that many innocent bystanders will be harmed. Spinner ends up losing the support of his entire crusade against non-mutants. In a way, Mezo has won a different kind of battle, one based entirely on ideology.
8 Kyoka Jiro shows that the weak can become strong
Jiro is the voice of the voiceless

How My Hero Academia Doomed Class 1-A From the Start
My Hero Academia did well as an ensemble anime, but One For All ensured that only Deku would matter as the series' final game unfolded.
While she may not be the strongest student in Class 1-A, Jiro proves that strength is more than just a physical attribute. She truly shows her mettle during a confrontation with All For One at Gunga Mountain Villa. Instead of cowering in fear, Jiro stands up to the most diabolical villain of all time. My Hero Academiacriticizing him for speaking ill of the “weak.”
Despite losing his left earlobe in a powerful explosion, Jiro counterattacks with his finishing move, Surround Heartbeat: Legato. All For One is unable to deliver a finishing blow in response, as the remnants of all his Quirk-robbed victims rise up against him. Jiro somehow called them out with the power of his soulful voice.
7 Hitoshi Shinso surpasses everyone by one
Shinso proves that even a seemingly villainous quirk can be heroic
UA has more excellent students than just the students in Class 1-A in My Hero Academia. Shinso made good use of his Brainwashing Quirk on two separate occasions in the Final War. In order to lure All For One out and bypass his ability to detect lies, Shinso mind-controls the Aoyama family, whom All For One was using. Shinso convinces the criminal mastermind to meet at a discreet location.
As All For One fails to detect malice in his words, he goes ahead with the plan, which allows the heroes to get the jump on the villains. Later, at Jaku General Hospital, the Class 1-C student also brainwashes Gigantomachia and defeats several villains in the area.
6 Tenya Iida arrives at the right time
Iida passes the baton to Shoto in a race against time
With the ability to run at extraordinary speeds through his Engine Quirk, Tenya Iida can get where he needs to go within the strictest of time constraints. In Kamino Ward, Shoto Todoroki defeated his older brother Dabi. Unfortunately, with Kurogiri's timely interference, Dabi was teleported to the Gunga region, several kilometers away.
All Might warned the UA students that a nuclear explosion was imminent at that location. Shoto was the only person able to freeze Dabi before the explosion happened. Iida surpassed his top speed record in My Hero Academia to carry Shoto all the way from Kamino to Gunga. At the last possible moment, they managed to prevent Dabi's hellish destruction from destroying everything within a five kilometer radius.
5 Ochako Uraraka finds good in evil
Ochaco catches up with her archenemy

MHA: Ochaco Uraraka is the hero Himiko needs but doesn't deserve
Ochaco Uraraka went above and beyond to save Himiko Toga, but that wasn't what either character needed in this final battle.
Since the early days of My Hero Academia, Ochako Uraraka was always destined to fight Himiko Toga, given their respective feelings for Izuku Midoriya. In their final encounter on Okuto Island Ochako repeatedly tries to contact Himiko, even when she was attacked with a knife. She also finally awakens her Zero Gravity Quirk and suspends all nearby combatants in the air, including the massive swarm of Twice clones via Himiko's finishing move, the Sad Man Legion.
Ochako finally gets Himiko to open up after she admits that hero society was unfair to her. The former even became the first person to genuinely compliment the latter's smile. Touched by these words, Himiko risks her own life to save Ochako with a blood transfusion and thanks her for contacting her in the first place.
4 Neito Monoma is the center of attention
Neito overcomes leadership as a support function
Class 1-B may be stuck in the looming shadow of Class 1-A, but that doesn't mean Neito Monoma can't take center stage. He proves himself to be the unsung UA student of My Hero Academia. With the ability to copy any Quirk, Neito comes into play at two important moments in the final arc. The first involves the "Troy system", which requires the activation of the Warp Gate Quirk.
At the beginning of the war, Neito split the villains and placed them in different locations, allowing for more favorable matchups with the heroes. Shortly after, in UA's flying fortress, Neito copied Shota Aizawa's Erasure Quirk and completely disabled Shigaraki's Decay Quirk as long as he could. If it weren't for him, all the Pro Heroes would have disintegrated in an instant.
3 Shoto Todoroki saves his entire family
Shoto finally defeats Todoroki's eldest child
Dabi's possible death has always been a realistic possibility in My Hero Academia. Even if he destroyed his body and burned to a crisp in the final war, he would still have the satisfaction of doing so in front of his family, whom he despises with every fiber of his being. Just before he exploded, however, Shoto arrived just in time to unleash his finishing move, the Great Glacial Aegir.
In the end, Dabi was finally defeated, his flames extinguished and his body frozen inside. Shoto rescued his entire family at the last minute. However, although the battle was won, the war still continued. Shoto later joins his father Endeavor to face All For One in the series' final conflict.
2 Katsuki Bakugo explodes back into action
Bakugo simply refuses to die in battle

My Hero Academia: Bakugo's Fate, Explained
Bakugo has consistently been one of MHA's most popular characters, so why has his fate been so confusing?
Bakugo doesn't give up in My Hero Academia. After suffering a critical injury at the hands of Tomura Shigaraki in UA's flying fortress, he was on the brink of death until Edgeshot revived him through improvised heart surgery. Bakugo took his second chance and literally made the most of it during the final stages of the war.
All For One was created to spitefully destroy All Might in front of the world after he claimed victory in the fight. In true comic book villain spirit, he grabbed defeat from the jaws of victory when he gloated a little too much. Bakugo used a speed upgrade from his Explosion Quirk, along with help from Deku, to reach All Might in time and save his life. It's possibly the biggest blow to All For One's ego.
1 Izuku Midoriya fights the final bosses
Deku will save the world by saving the person who is trying to destroy it.
My Hero Academia is ultimately the story of how Deku finally surpasses his mentor All Might and becomes the greatest hero Japan has ever known. Deku proves to be absolutely pivotal in the final war. He used himself as bait to lure All For One and his army to the battlefield, giving All Might the chance to activate the "Trojan System" and separate the villains from each other.
With the full power of the One For All Quirk, Deku is also the only hero capable of fighting Tomura Shigaraki, and not just because he can match his speed and strength. Deku has a strong desire to save Tenko Shimura. With the help of the former OFA users, he confronts Shigaraki in the vestige world and even transfers his Quirk to destroy the last remnants of Shigaraki's burning hatred for humanity. With only a few embers remaining, Deku now faces All For One in a climactic battle to determine the final outcome of the war.
