During the Anime Expo 2024 event, a new promotional video for the third season of the anime adaptation of the light novels was revealed.Arifureta: from common to the strongest in the world (Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou)”. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for the month of October-2024and shows a fragment of the opening theme titled “Endless desire” and interpreted by Void_Chords Feat. Minda Ryn.

The second season premiered during the season of Winter-2022 (January to March) and had a total of twelve episodes (plus an OVA on the first Blu-ray). For its part, Ryou Shirakome publishes these light novels with illustrations by Takayaki through the publisher OVERLAY since June 2015. The first season was produced by the studios WHITE FOXhad thirteen episodes and was broadcast on Summer-2019 (July-September).

Synopsis of Arifureta Shokugyou by Sekai Saikyou

High school student Hajime Nagumo is bullied by his classmates for being a couple with the school idol, Kaori. When he and the rest of his class are transported to a fantasy world, all of his classmates gain powerful magical abilities, while Hajime only gains basic alchemy magic to transmute solid materials, something common to blacksmiths. During a dungeon raid, he is betrayed by one of his classmates and thrown into the dungeon. Hajime survives the fall and begins creating weapons to escape the dungeon and become stronger. Along the way, he meets the vampire Yue, and later teams up with the bunny-eared girl Shea, the perverted dragon Tio, and others.
