Hololive Production's Forsaken Girls Will Finally Get An Anime

The company Cover Corp. announced that a new multimedia project is being produced for the VTubers agency, “Hololive Production“, which will be titled “Magical Girls HoloWitches!“. This upcoming project will include manga, anime, and live-action adaptations, but has not revealed details or a release date.
To celebrate this announcement, a promotional video was also published. However, it is worth noting that it is still unclear whether the project will have any other animated content beyond this video, as the statement is vague in many aspects.
The manga is already available. However, the company describes the project as follows: «Magical Girl HoloWitches! is a new multimedia project comprised of VTubers from Hololive Production that hopes to showcase diverse forms of content such as anime, manga, and live streams based on the story and setting of magical girls.».
Among the VTubers participating in the project are: Amane Kanata, Sakura Miko, Himemori Luna, Houshou Navy, Shion Murasaki Yes Thank you Chloe. All VTubers voice themselves in the announcement's promotional video. Other cast members include: Rie Takahashi like the fairy Aelu, Aoi Yuuki like the fairy lagu, Kaede Hondo as a girl who wants to become a manga creator, and Mirika Kawa as high school students.

Hololive Production is a Japanese talent agency specializing in representing VTubers (Virtual YouTubers). Founded by Cover Corp in 2017, Hololive has gained great popularity both in Japan and internationally.
