Synopsis of The Mikadono Sisters Are Surprisingly Easy to Get Along With

As the son of legendary actress Subaru Ayase, Yuu had high expectations placed on him after transferring to Saika Academy, a prestigious school where students can hone their talents. However, unlike his mother, Yuu is completely talentless. Being seen as a complete mediocre, he would have no chance of standing shoulder to shoulder with the three emperors of Saika Academy: the Mikadono sisters, Miwa, Niko, and Kazuki, who are prodigies in shogi, martial arts, and performing arts, respectively.

When Subaru's friend agrees to take in his son, Yuu sets out to fulfill his mother's dying wish of forming a happy family after failing to establish a mother-son relationship due to their differences in talent. It turns out that his mother's friend is actually the Mikadono sisters' father. With his mother's wish in mind, Yuu tries to create a family bond with the sisters. However, due to their extreme focus on their respective specialties, they show little interest in opening up not only to him, but also to each other. Nevertheless, Yuu strives to continually support the three prodigies, as his kindness and affection restore the bond between the sisters.
