During a recent press conference in Paris, renowned mangaka Masashi Kishimotowidely known for being the creator of “Naruto” and overseeing its sequel “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations”, He hinted at the possibility of embarking on a new manga project. While Kishimoto avoided providing specific details or a specific schedule, he expressed that he regained new motivation after spending quality time with his family and friends. This renewed energy, he explained, made him more receptive to the idea of starting a new project.

The possibility of a new manga from Kishimoto is an exciting prospect for his fans, especially considering his immense influence and success in the manga industry. Naruto remains one of the most iconic and transcendent series in the world, and any new work from Kishimoto is sure to generate great interest and anticipation.
However, not everything went well in Kishimoto's career. His previous work, “Samurai 8: The Tale of Hachimaru”, which attempted to fuse science fiction with traditional samurai themes, did not achieve the same level of success as Naruto and was canceled due to poor public reception.
Kishimoto's comments about this possible new manga came during his visit to France to promote “Boruto: Two Blue Vortex” with Mikio Ikemoto, the current artist of the Boruto series. During the NUIT À KONOHA event, the two gave an interview in which they discussed in more detail the continuation of work on the Boruto manga and their future plans.
The first volume of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex was released in France on August 23, 2024, under the Kana license, generating great interest among local fans. Kishimoto's global fan community will be on the lookout for any official announcements about his next project, which promises to be a new milestone in his career.
