Crunchyroll announced on June 25, 2024 that it will begin streaming the English dub of Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc on the platform starting June 30, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. PT, with episodes releasing weekly.

It was previously revealed that the ongoing season will end with episode number 8, and will be the shortest season of the anime series in terms of episode count.

Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc began airing on May 12, 2024, with a special one-hour episode.

MY FIRST STORY and HYDE collaborated to perform the opening theme song, titled “Mugen,” for Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge. It was serialized in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from February 2016 to May 2020, with its chapters collected in 23 tankōbon volumes.

The 1st season of the anime aired from April to September 2019 with a cinematic sequel Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Trainreleased in October 2020 and became the highest-grossing Japanese film and anime film of all time.

The second season of the anime series aired from October 2021 to February 2022 as a compilation film, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – To the Swordsman Villagewas released in February 2023. The third season aired from April to June 2023, while another compilation film, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – For Hashira trainingwas released in February 2024.
