On the official website of the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Reiji Miyajima“The Children of the Shiunji Family (Shiunji-ke no Kodomotochi)”, it was announced that the production of the animation will be handled by the studios Doga Kobo (Alya sometimes hides her feelings in Russian, Jellyfish can't swim at night, Oshi no Ko). Few details are known about this upcoming adaptation, as there is no information about the team responsible for the project or an estimated release date. It's worth noting that Doga Kobo Studios recently became a subsidiary of Kadokawa after the latter acquired a majority stake in the studio.

Reiji Miyajima The manga began publishing through the standalone service FAN BOX in February 2022, and then began publishing it serially in the magazine Young animal from the publisher Hakusensha in March of the same year. Work went on hiatus in June 2022 due to Miyajima's work schedule issues, but resumed in November of the same year.
