[Exclusive] Muse Communication to Release Regional and Hindi Dubs of Dandadan, Slime, Fairy Tail, and More Anime

Indian fans who prefer to watch anime in their regional language have had an encouraging year thanks to Crunchyroll's initiative and the release of localized content.

And now, to add to the excitement, Muse Communication has revealed plans to launch localized anime content to expand its presence in the Indian market.

This move is part of a broader strategy to solidify the company's position in India and meet the growing demand for anime in the region.

While the Hindi dubbing of Spy x Family The first season is now available to stream on multiple platforms, Muse Communication's Deputy General Manager Wallace and India Director Julia Cheng told Animehunch in a recent interview. Spy x Family season 2, Sludge Season 3 and Mushoku Tensei Cour 2 Season 2 will also be dubbed in Hindi and other regional languages.

However, the biggest update was that I likea highly anticipated anime, will receive a Hindi Dub in the second half of 2024, along with Fairy tale and other classic titles currently in the Muse library.

Wallace & Julia revealed that dubbing was one of Muse Communication's strategies to penetrate the Indian market.

They stated that they have started production of not only Hindi Dubs but also Tamil and Telugu. According to them, it was important not only to enter the market and cater to their customers but also to understand the importance of localized and regional languages, especially in India.

Muse Communication had previously revealed that it would soon open an office in India.

Coupled with the fact that they already have a planned strategy involving localized content for the Indian market, it seems that the Asian anime giant is looking to develop and capture the Indian market which has a lot of potential.

Muse Communication also participated in Mumbai Comic Con 2024 as an exhibitor for the first time, in order to ensure that everyone knows “about Muse, what Muse is doing, and what Muse has.” They planned to use the platform to communicate with both their fans and their collaborators.
