Fairy Tail Manga Will Return With A New Single Chapter

Hiro Mashima Fans Fairy tale manga have reason to celebrate, as Kodansha has announced the return of the series with a new one-shot chapter.
The one-shot will be published in the 31st issue of Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine, launching on July 3, 2024.
The announcement was made on Kodansha's official X account, where they posted images and a video featuring special announcements of Mashima's works displayed at Gokukuji Station in Tokyo, including the announcement of the new Fairy tale a shot.

Fairy tale The manga was serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine from August 2006 to July 2017, with the individual chapters collected and published in 63 tankobon volumes.
By February 2020, the Fairy tale The manga has had over 72 million copies printed.
The series has also inspired several spin-off manga including a prequel by Mashima. Fairy tale zeroand a storyboarded sequence by him, titled Fairy Tail: 100 Year Quest.
The manga was adapted into an anime television series by A-1 Pictures, Dentsu Inc., Satelight, Bridge, and CloverWorks that aired in Japan on TV Tokyo from October 2009 to March 2013. A second series aired from April 2014 to March 2016. A third and final series aired from October 2018 to September 2019.
A-1 Pictures has developed nine original video animations and two feature-length animated films.
