Within the story of “Boku no Hero Academia”, Katsuki Bakugo’s death is definitely one of the moments that everyone knows. Unfortunately, with the unstoppable rise of social media, any high-level topic or spoiler becomes common knowledge within hours. So if you want to avoid spoilers for something that really interests you, you'll have to step away from social media for a while.

Even so, that didn't stop this moment that caught so much attention when it was first seen in the original manga, from becoming a trend again now that it was adapted in the most recent episode of the seventh season of the anime. The repercussion was so great that the name “Katsuki Bakugo” and the “My Hero Academia” franchise soon became a global trend on Twitter.

During the final battle, Tomura manages to take on the Big 3, then turns back to face Bakugo, discovering that even with the massive damage done to his body, he manages to remain standing despite all of Best Jeanist's blows. He begs him to stop, telling Izuku that he has to win. Bakugo attacks “Tomura” able to use his burst speed to successfully dodge each of his attacks.

He believes that his Quirk allows him to detonate his sweat in a manner similar to nitroglycerin, and that the Cluster Technique created a side effect he was unaware of, the accumulated sweat spheres were forced to disperse throughout his body. This allowed him to detonate the sweat within his own body and gave him great speed, but also placed a heavy burden on his body. With his body aching, Bakugo realizes that this was the path Izuku had been walking all along, and begins to wonder if he could still catch up to him.

Just when "Tomura" is about to hit him with a direct attack, Bakugo appears in a white void, in front of All Might's face, telling him that so many things have happened since they met that he missed the opportunity to ask him for something, taking out his card from All Might and regretting never getting his signature. At that moment, "Tomura" kills Bakugo, landing a strong punch right in the chest, causing his heart to explode and leaving him mortally wounded, despite all the combined efforts of the Heroes to recover him. Best Jeanist screams in his heart as his bloodied body lies lifeless on the ground with a hole in his chest.
