In a recent survey conducted by Anime! Anime!, Japanese fans chose their top yuri anime series. The poll, conducted from June 12 to 16, received responses from 733 participants.

The gender ratio of those who participated in the survey was approximately 50% male, 40% female, and 10% unspecified.

Age demographics showed that around 35% of respondents were under the age of 19 and around 30% were over the age of 20, highlighting the popularity of the genre among younger audiences.
