With the latest chapter of the manga “Sleep Doll Bisque wa Koi wo Suru (My dear dress up)”, the drama that had been brewing over the last few months has finally come to an end and that would have been resolved immediately with a conversation between the two protagonists (interestingly, this is how it ended up being resolved).
While fans in the West have been complaining for a few chapters about the development that author Shinichi Fukuda has been giving to the most recent story arc, It seems that it was only after Japanese fans complained that 'the plot finally moved forward'. Although it is possible that the author had already planned this development, some believe that it was public opinion that motivated her to decide to 'speed things up'.

Despite the criticism that has been mounting in recent months, it is confirmed once again that, in the end, the opinion that counts is always the most recent one, and “Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru” has once again positioned itself as one of the most relevant romantic comedies of the moment. And it wasn't long before Japanese comments surfaced:
- «It looks like the recent heavy plot has finally been resolved.».
- «This is how it should be».
- «Even though she had a lot of sex with her previous boyfriends, why hadn't she done it with Gojou-kun yet? Or was that another story?».
- «Gojou-kun is like a man who acts like a resentful woman, so it's better not to date him».
- «Wow, I thought the depressing plot was going to get longer.».
- «Now I can read Sono Bisque Doll with peace of mind».
- «Bring back to bimonthly serialization».
- «Although the reason was clear, it's still not certain why Gojou-kun made that face after Comiket.».
- «They should have sex soon».
- «Is this the manga with a lot of NTR fanfic? Do they hate the protagonist?».
- «Last time it was a depressing plot, the author no longer has the will to continue?».
- «It looks like there really will be relationships in the next chapter.».
- «It feels like we've been in this depressing plot for over half a year now due to the breaks.».
- «I definitely think they got a lot of complaints from the publisher.».
- «It's weird to say this, but it seems like male shoujo manga has been all the rage for a few years now.».
- «Is the change in focus due to negative criticism or was that the intention from the beginning?».
- «Readers without understanding and patience make noise just because the story doesn't go their way.».
- «It seems like the idea is that anyone involved in cosplay will get in trouble.».
- «No matter what happens, just give Juju-sama more prominence.».
- «I thought this was the beginning of a doujinshi. Maybe I'll start the next chapter with a scene from the next morning. This is really hot.».
- «There is a tendency to think that sex solves everything».
- «I understand the feeling of not wanting to watch the anime after reading the manga. It takes longer than reading the manga, you already know the story and it won't surpass your imagination, so it seems boring.».
- «In fact, the author should write what the readers want. Flirting with Marin in an Internet cafe and then having sex is very necessary and typical of a high school student.».
- «I think an older, dirtier boyfriend would suit Marin-chan better.».
- «It must have had a very bad reception.».
- «It's actually a good plot. Even in real life, silly fights are solved with sex.».
- «It's funny how just before he looked like he was going to kill someone with that expression, and with just one word it turned into 'I love you so much'».
