The series enjoyed notable popularity thanks to its anime adaptations, which helped cement its fanbase.
Until now, “Kaguya-sama: Love is War” has three anime seasons, totaling 36 episodes. The seasons premiered in January 2019, April 2020, and April 2022, respectively. Additionally, a film sequel titled “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War – The First Kiss That Never Ends“, which adapted the climax of the plot of the work.
Although there are critics who claim that the narrative quality of the original work diminishes from this point on, That doesn't mean fans still want to see more animated content from this franchise.

The story follows Kaguya Shinomiya and Miyuki Shirogane, the leaders of the student council at the prestigious Shuchiin Academy. Instead, they embark on a series of clever and comical psychological confrontations with the goal of getting the other to confess first.
What makes “Kaguya-sama: Love is War” so special is its perfect blend of comedy, romance, and strategy. Each episode is filled with hilarious situations and heartwarming moments that keep viewers on the edge of their seats. The series also explores deeper themes like friendship, academic pressure, and the search for personal identity.
The pachinko machine ad is a reminder of the franchise's enduring popularity and its ability to continue to capture audience interest. Fans of “Kaguya-sama: Love is War” can remain hopeful that this will not be the series’ last return and that future adaptations will continue to bring the adventures of Kaguya and Miyuki to the screen.
