During the event Aniplex Online Festival 2024 The first promotional video for the anime adaptation of the light novels written by Daigo Murasaki and illustrated by Kurate“Demon Lord 2099 (Maou 2099)”. The video confirms this The premiere is scheduled for October 12th in Japan.and shows a fragment of the opening theme performed by Shiyui and titled “Hollow”.

Daigo Murasaki The publication of light novels began through the publisher Kadokawa with illustrations by Kureta in January 2021, and are still in publication. Additionally, a manga adaptation of Kiiro Akashiro is published through the digital service Shounen Ace Plus since November 2021.
