Okaasan Online completes five years without a sequel

Today marks five years since the anime adaptation of “Do you love your mom and her two-hit multi-target attacks?“, also known as “Okaasan Online“, premiered in Japan, leaving a lasting impression on anime and light novel fans.

The story revolves around Masato Oosuki, a teenager who finds himself in an unusual situation when he joins his mother, Mamako, in an online fantasy MMORPG game. What begins as an accident after completing a seemingly trivial research soon turns into an adventure where Mamako not only accompanies him, but also becomes a powerful swordswoman, capable of attacks that hit multiple targets with just two hits. Joining them are the merchant Porta and the wise Sage, forming a diverse team on their journey to finish the game.
