Writer and artist Gege Akutami has stated that the Shinjuku arc will be the last of Jujutsu Kaisen, so we would be very close to finally seeing the conclusion of the manga that inspired a series that will barely make the jump to the Culling Game arc.

Now, it seems that we will believe Gege Akutami because in chapter 264 of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga there are two very interesting events that cornered Sukuna, the King of Curses.

It's worth mentioning that there are a lot of spoilers from the JJK manga, so if you don't want us to ruin your experience, check out Manga Plus to get an idea of everything that's going on with this story.

Jujutsu Kaisen #264: Okkotsu's technique works, Yuji wants to get Megumi back, and a huge ladder falls on Sukuna again

After several weeks of rest for the sake of author Gege Akutami's health, Jujutsu Kaisen returns with more regular publications. Now we have seen that Okkotsu's plan to use the purple from Gojo's body pays off, as it broke the Curse King's hold, however, it also weakened his own.

Okkotsu is making a great effort, as he sacrificed his life while Rika possesses his body to face Sukuna using Gojo's body, however, this does not mean that he has the same power as the heir of the 6 eyes.

The good thing is that being able to activate Gojo's purple technique opened the door for Yuji Itadori and Aoi Todo to launch a much more effective offensive against Sukuna.

What happens in chapter 264 of Jujutsu Kaisen is that Aoi Todo uses his boogie woogie technique to change Itadori's body so that he can attack Sukuna with greater force.

With each blow, Itadori makes Sukuna start spitting out one of his fingers and tries to get Fushiguro out of there, but the job is not done yet. However, it seems that there is little left.

When it seems that Todo only has one more boogie woogie left, Sukuna believes that this will be used to make Itadori attack again, however, it turns out that it is Angel who appears making a “Jacob's Ladder” for the King of Curses.

Jacob's Ladder was already used by Okkotsu when he still had one arm left and was about to break Sukuna's wicker basket.

Now all that remains is to know in Jujutsu Kaisen whether there is a possibility of the King of Curses being defeated once and for all.
