During the Anime Expo 2024 event the producer Yuki Watanabe (Pony Canyon) revealed that the second season of the anime adaptation of “Mato Seihei in Slave (Chained Soldier)” will be produced by the studios Passion. It should be noted that the first season was produced by Seven Arches and has not received negative reviews, so this studio change is indeed a surprise.

The first season aired during the season of Winter-2024 (January-March) and had a total of twelve episodes. When he called for help, he was immediately rescued by Kyouka Uzen, the head of the Anti-Demon Corps' Seventh Unit.
