Haruto Amakawa is a young man who died before being reunited with his childhood friend who disappeared five years ago, while Rio is a boy living in the suburbs who seeks revenge for the murder of his mother that occurred when he was five years old. Earth and another world, two people with completely different backgrounds and values. For some reason, the memories and personality of Haruto, who should have died, are resurrected in Rio's body. While both are confused by the fusion of their personalities, Rio decides to live in this new world.
Along with Haruto's memories, Rio awakens a "special power" and it seems that if he uses it well, he can live a better life. But before that, Rio comes across the scene of a kidnapping, which turns out to be that of a princess from the Bertram Kingdom, where he lives. After saving her, Rio receives a scholarship to the Royal Academy, a school for rich and powerful young people. However, being a poor and orphaned boy in a well-known school makes it an extremely detestable place for him.
