During the Production IG panel, <strong>Anime director Hirotaka Mori shared how the acclaimed video game \u201cThe Last of Us\u201d influenced the series\u2019 artistic direction.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"http:\/\/animangeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/106\/2024\/05\/O-anime-Heavenly-Delusion-foi-inspirado-em-The-Last-of.png\" alt=\"Ilus\u00e3o Celestial\" class=\"wp-image-329935\"  \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Mori, who declared himself a fan of \u201cThe Last of Us,\u201d said that the game\u2019s post-apocalyptic world and visual atmospheres left a deep impression on him. <strong>He was so fascinated by the art of the video game that he bought the art book for \u201cThe Last of Us\u201d to use as reference for the art direction of \u201cTengoku Daimakyou.\u201d<\/strong> Additionally, he made direct requests to Production IG studios to have the anime reflect a similar aesthetic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Last of Us\u201d is an action-adventure video game series created by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
