The first part was released in Japanese theaters on May 10, 2024, and the second on June 7. The third will hit theaters on July 5, and the fourth on August 2.<\/p>\n<p>Yoshimitsu Ohashi will direct the anime, with Noboru Kimura writing the scripts. Takahiro Kimura and Shuichi Shimamura are responsible for the character designs. Kenji Kawai will compose the music.<\/p>\n<p>The anime will be a sequel to <strong><em>Code Geass: Lelouch of Re;surrection<\/em><\/strong> film, and will be set in the same alternate timeline as the previous compilation films. <strong><em>Lelouch of the Rebellion<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>Resurrection<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The alternate timeline alters some events from the main storyline, making it a different continuity.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Code Geass <\/em><\/strong>is a Japanese anime series produced by Sunrise. It was directed by Goro Taniguchi and written by Ichiro Okouchi, with original character designs by Clamp.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Code Geass<\/em><\/strong> was broadcast in Japan from October 2006 to July 2007. Its sequel, <strong><em>Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2<\/em><\/strong>aired from April to September 2008.
