However, a horrible incident occurs: a man who was taken with Mikoto is murdered, and the culprit is one of them.<\/strong> Set in the Tokyu Kabukicho tower, mysteries and secrets unfold within the now sealed building. Can the girls, who have begun to form a bond, uncover the truth behind the incident?<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"TV\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3SojtgF7LKo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1964\" height=\"2560\" src=\"https:\/\/animangeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Um-novo-anime-e-ridicularizado-por-sua-\u2018animacao-ruim.jpg\" alt=\"Mist\u00e9rio do Assassinato dos Mortos\" class=\"wp-image-337014\"  \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">(c) MURDER MYSTERY OF THE DEAD<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>While the original board game is quite popular for its mysterious theme, the announcement of the anime adaptation left more than one person with raised eyebrows, mainly because of the animation style. <\/strong>While recent works like \u201cGirls Band Cry\u201d demonstrate that CGI animation can be applauded with good designs and high frame density, it seems that not all studios have access to these media.<\/p>\n<p>And this was demonstrated in the community comments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00ab<em>At least the 3D is pretty decent<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>Oh no. Nothing beats it. <em>Ex-arm<\/em>. Of course, <em>Mystery of the Dead Murder<\/em> It&#039;s close, but not on the same level.<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>No one can overcome <em>Ex-arm<\/em><\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>There&#039;s probably only one really bad moment, when they use a realistic human being as a corpse, but that&#039;s a matter of art direction, not 3D animation. The CGI is meh, but definitely not on the level of <em>Ex-arm<\/em><\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>Well, to be honest, at least it looks a little better, hahaha<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>At least <em>Ex-arm<\/em> I tried to combine 2D and 3D animation. These guys here didn&#039;t even try, seriously<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>It looks like a fan-made show with a bunch of Vtubers<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>I mean, if people can take advantage of it <em>RWBY<\/em>why not this? Hahaha, although I won&#039;t see it<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>This is light years above <em>Ex-arm<\/em>. Is CGI bad? Sure, but it doesn&#039;t even come close to how horribly bad and comically awful the visuals are in <em>Ex-arm<\/em><\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>The animation is flawed, obviously, but calling this &#039;Ex-Arm from 2024&#039;, don&#039;t you think that&#039;s a bit of an exaggeration?<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>No kidding, this looks a lot better than that mess, and <em>Crunchy Roll<\/em> is not involved here, thank God. Somehow they always manage to ruin everything they touch.<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>Good. I don&#039;t think you really know how bad the CGI animation is. <em>Ex-arm<\/em><\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>This would probably be great with some decent animation<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>I feel like the Japanese animation industry is falling apart, decent productions are becoming rarer and rarer. There are so many amazing mangas that have been sacrificed with such mediocre adaptations, it&#039;s really sad to see this.<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>To all the studios trying to make anime like this: please stop, it never looks good.<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>I&#039;m a big advocate of CGI anime because people hate the good ones... but even I can&#039;t defend that.<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>What is this animation? Those eyes look soulless. This is <em>Ex-arm<\/em> at its best<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab<em>I love 3D animated TV shows like this...
