10. Draken – Tokyo Revengers

The tallest and toughest guy in Toman, Ken Ryuguji is commonly known by his nickname "Draken," and there's a reason. First, he's extremely strong and feared among the other gang members, and second, his dragon tattoo is his signature.
Growing up in Shibuya's red-light district without parents, Draken impulsively got his tattoo in fifth grade to show off. Needless to say, the wavy dragon inked on the side of Draken's head adds to his intimidating personality, given the fact that Draken is part of a gang.
9. Ryomen Sukuna – Jujutsu Kaisen

The undisputed "King of Curses" and one of the strongest demon lords in anime, Ryomen Sukuna has his entire body covered in intricate ink patterns. When he takes control of Yuji's body, thick black lines in rigid patterns appear on his body, giving him an incredible appearance.
From his face to his torso, each part of his body displays a different tattoo style, some of them geometric. It's unclear what Sukuna's markings mean, but it's speculated that he got all these tattoos as part of his criminal imagery.
8. Nicolas Brown – Gangsta

Hailing from the underworld and mafia anime is our next anime hero, Nicholas Brown, who sports a tribal tattoo on his back. Deadly, quick-witted, and surprisingly witty, Nicolas is a former mercenary who works as a handyman for a group that performs illegal odd jobs.
The tribal-style tattoo on Nicolas's upper back extends to his shoulders, giving him a wing-like pattern. However, his tattoo is barely visible through his clothing, but that doesn't matter much when he appears on screen displaying his exceptional strength and daring appearance.
7. Trafalgar Law – One Piece

In the pirate world, Trafalgar Law is known by his epithet, "Surgeon of Death," and is among the members of the Worst Generation. His nickname befits his status and the tribal tattoos that cover his fingers, each spelling out the word "DEATH" on both hands.
He also has a black cross on the back of both hands. On his chest, Law has a heart tattoo with his Jolly Roger. His back is also covered in a large-scale Jolly Roger, and on both shoulders are more heart-shaped designs that reflect his Devil Fruit.
6. Renji Abarai – Bleach

Renji was introduced early in the Bleach series and has since made a name for himself in the community. He is one of the most capable Shinigami, serving as a lieutenant in the 6th Division, and possesses one of the most iconic sets of tattoos.

5. Revy – Black Lagoon

Rebel leader of the Lagoon Company and one of the best weapon users in anime, Revy is a Chinese-American woman affectionately nicknamed "Two Hands" for her ability to dual-wield weapons. She has scrolling tribal patterns running up her arm and all the way to her neck.
Her tattoo perfectly matches her explosive personality and smoky, tanned body. As the driving force behind Lagoa's military might, Revy can single-handedly kill an entire platoon without showing any empathy, which is why she's a deadly woman to watch.
4. Izumi Miyamura – Horimiya

At first glance, Izumi Miyamura appears to be a loner who knows nothing about society and other things, but behind his unassuming exterior lies a completely different personality, with a multitude of piercings and tattoos on his body, which catches the attention of many.
Izumi is one of the few long-haired anime characters to sport body tattoos on his torso and arm. His shoulder and side torso tattoos are similar, while band-like tribal patterns surround his bicep, giving him a minimalist and aesthetic look.
3. Portgas D. Ace – One Piece

One Piece There are many great characters, but none are as celebrated as Ace. He lived life on his own terms and always had a special place in his heart for his sworn brothers, Luffy and Sabo. Ace adored them so much that he got a very iconic tattoo on his body that became a trademark in the anime.
On his left arm, Ace had a tattoo that read "ASCE" vertically with the S crossed out. The crossed "S" is a tribute to Sabo, as it's his Jolly Roger. Ace had another tattoo on his back of the Whitebeard symbol, which he wore with pride and joy as a member of the Whitebeard Pirates.
2. Tatsu – The Way Of The Househusband

Tatsu, like the man of the house, seems intimidating and menacing in his own way, but surprisingly, he's a funny guy who enjoys doing housework with absolute passion. However, he wasn't the same from the beginning, and his intricately detailed dragon tattoo on his back is living proof of that.
Tatsu was once famously called the "Immortal Dragon," and the tattoo dates back to his days as a Yakuza gang member. The tattoo design is impressively printed and covers his entire backside, extending down to his forearms. It actually looks like a tattoo inspired by a real-life Yakuza.
1. Scar– Fullmetal Alchemist

One of the most powerful Black anime characters, Scar is a cold-blooded serial killer and vigilante. As a former Ishval warrior monk, Scar has a few tribal stripes on his arm, but his most recognizable tattoo is the one on his right hand, which incorporates the transmutation pattern.
Scar acquired most of his markings during the Ishvalan Civil War, when he managed to adorn alchemy patterns he found in the notes of his deceased brothers. Since then, Scar has been on a murderous rampage across Amestris, occasionally using his tattooed arm to dismantle the enemies before him.
