The Nanatsu no Taizai is already quite popular, with its anime being one of the most popular in mainstream anime. However, that didn't last long when the studio messed things up in the third season. Dorohedoro is another epic dark fantasy manga that combines Naoki Urasawa's phenomenal storytelling with incredibly written characters, something you don't often see in fantasy stories, except in a few. The Promised Neverland isn't what you'd expect on a fantasy manga list due to its seemingly horror-thriller premise. Akatsuki no Yona is a prime example of why you shouldn't judge a story too early, because the initial chapters are difficult to get into, but once you get into the actual story, the character development, story progression, and fantasy elements it brings make it that much more incredible. If you haven't read it yet, I highly recommend you do.
