The chief director of the anime Fairy Tail: 100 Year Quest is Shinji Ishihara, but the direction is by Toshinori Watanabe. The animation studio this time is JCStaff, and the script supervision is by Atsuhiro Tomioka.

Yurika Sako is responsible for the character designs, and the musical themes are the responsibility of composer Yasuharu Takanashi. All of these creatives have years of experience.
