The popular manga 'Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san'known in English as 'Don't mess with me, Miss Nagatoro', will release its final volume, number 20, on August 7th. This manga, which has attracted attention both in Japan and abroad, has been especially successful in the West, where it is among the bestsellers along with titles such as 'Blue Blockade' and 'Tokyo Avengers'. According to Kodansha's international sales representatives, The popularity of manga is comparable to works already established and known worldwide.

The final volume promises to be an epic conclusion, clocking in at 288 pages., due to the inclusion of additional, longer-than-usual chapters. This final volume will further develop the dynamic between the main characters, Nagatoro and her "Senpai," offering readers an expected and exciting conclusion.

The plot of 'Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san' revolves around Nagatoro, a high school student known for her bold and playful nature, and Senpai, a shy and reserved boy who becomes the butt of her jokes. Throughout the story, the evolution of their relationship is explored, starting with a series of playful banter but eventually developing into a deeper, more emotional connection.

Manga fans are also awaiting a possible third season of the anime, which has not yet been officially confirmed. With the manga now finished, the prospect of an animated adaptation covering the final story arcs is questionable (since if there's no manga, there's no material to promote with an anime), but many fans are waiting to see how the conclusion translates from the manga to the screen.
