Kaiju No. 8 is one of the most important releases of the spring 2024 season. The dark shonen is betting on a story full of chiaroscuro, and it seems that additional material is constantly being released. Near the end of the spring anime, details will be revealed about a mysterious new project in the saga, which is based on the manga written and illustrated by Matsumoto Naoya.
The synopsis gives us a glimpse of a small video game controller. What information will be revealed on June 15, 2024? We'll just have to wait and see!
Kaiju #8 is produced by IG Production by the hands of Khara Studio who was responsible for the monster designs and art for this title. Despite being one of the most popular releases, it also received criticism, particularly regarding the sequences and the entrance and exit themes.
The opening was performed by YUNGBLUD, a British singer, and its theme was titled “Abyss”; while the ending was called “Nobody” and was performed by OneRepublic, an American pop-rock group. The fact that there was no music from Japan was a very unusual event.
We'll have to wait a few days to find out what kind of edition of the franchise awaits us. Kaiju No. 8
