Shaft animator Hiroto Nagata has revealed the extreme pressure he faces at work, causing concern among fans.

In the now-deleted tweet, Nagata revealed the intense pressure he faces in his work, expressing that he was brought to tears while working due to the fear of being erased from the industry if he failed to meet deadlines.

The anguish stemmed from the warning he was given by the production team that if he didn't do his job well, he would be blacklisted from the industry.

The production team warned me, 'If this doesn't work out, you'll be erased from the industry.' So I tell myself, 'I have to do my best, or I'll be erased,' and I work while crying. I want to say, 'If you hadn't offered me another job at the last minute, we wouldn't be in this situation. I told you it was impossible,' but I bite my tongue. There's no point arguing with the production team now.

Prior to this revelation, Nagata shared an experience where he dreamed of being strangled by a classmate.

Even after waking up, he continued to feel a suffocating sensation, which prompted him to go to the hospital to ensure his physical well-being.

I dreamed about being strangled by someone at my company, and even after waking up, it still hurts for some reason. Ever since that day, I've had a suffocating sensation, as if someone were pressing down on my throat. Of course, I was worried and went to the hospital for a checkup, but there was nothing wrong with it. What is this...

Hiroto Nagata is known for his work in Fireworks (2017), Kizumonogatari Part 3: Reiketsu (2017), and Magical Record: The Magical Side Story of Puella Magi Madoka (2020).
