However, as it turned out, they were unable to locate this snail, which caused the broadcast to continue. The first thing Vegapunk revealed to the entire world was that the Earth would sink into the ocean. Given that this message was recorded just days before his death, he also made a bold prediction about the 1-meter rise in water levels that would be caused by the earthquakes that followed the destruction of Lulusia.
