Fans are disappointed with Dragon Ball Daima

THE “Dragon Ball” fans expressed their dissatisfaction with Toei Animation and other companies involved in the production of the franchise's next original series, “Dragon Ball Daima”The discomfort is due to the insufficient publicity that this new project has received, which has generated concern and disappointment among followers.
Recently, a new promotional image of “Dragon Ball Daima” which left a lot to be desired. The image shows a PNG collage that again presents Goku Boy with his characteristic cane, an image that fans consider repetitive and used excessively in each of the series' promotional materials. Furthermore, the image of Shenlong that appears next to him is the same one used in “Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero”, a film released several years ago. This increased the frustration of fans, who were hoping for something more innovative and revealing about the new series.

If you zoom in, you might even notice the white edges of the PNGs, which indicates pathetic editing work.

The only new thing this promotional material brings is the confirmation that the premiere is still scheduled for October 2024, which indicates that Akira Toriyama's death did not change the release plans. However, this information has not been enough to calm the concerns of fans, who believe that the lack of publicity may indicate a lack of confidence on the part of Toei Animation in this new original project.

To resolve this dilemma, they decide to explore uncharted territory. Despite this intriguing premise, fans remain disappointed with the way the series has been promoted.
Fans of the franchise expected more hype and publicity efforts from Toei Animation to build anticipation and excitement around “Dragon Ball Daima.” Instead, the reuse of footage and the lack of new information have raised questions about the series' potential success. Many fans express hope that a more robust promotional campaign will be launched in the coming months, and that more information about the plot and characters will be revealed to increase interest in this new installment of the "Dragon Ball" universe.
