During his time at the academy, he was often ridiculed for his inability to produce a well-designed, fully functional shadow clone. However, when Iruka-sensei was in trouble, Naruto was able to produce not one, but countless shadow clones to defeat his first villain, Mizuki.

Naruto became so proficient in this jutsu that it became his signature move throughout the series. While most ninjas produce a few clones at a time, Naruto is known for using hundreds. Naruto became so skilled at this technique that he even used his shadow clones to train and learn other, more complex jutsus.

 Summoning Jutsu

When the Summoning Jutsu was introduced, it was primarily used by experienced and skilled ninjas such as the Third Hokage, Orochimaru, Kakashi, and Jiraiya. The Summoning Jutsu allows the user to summon creatures to aid them in battle. When Jiraiya agreed to train Naruto, he taught him the Summoning Jutsu and instructed him to make a contract with the toads on Mount Myoboku.

Naruto became familiar with this advanced jutsu at a young age. Although he struggled with it at first, he was able to summon Gamabunta, the strongest toad on Mount Myoboku, very quickly. Naruto's powers only advanced from there, reaching explosive levels during his battle against Pain in naruto shippuden.

Rasengan

After the Shadow Clone, the Rasengan is Naruto's other signature jutsu. The frequency with which he performs this jutsu belies its difficulty. By combining it with his Rasengan, he is able to create Wind Release: Rasengan. This naruto This ability isn't used much in the series, as it's quickly overshadowed by its more powerful counterpart, the Rasenshuriken. Mini Rasenshuriken

When Naruto invented the Rasenshuriken, he created one of the most powerful jutsu in the world at the time. However, it had many drawbacks. It required a ridiculously high amount of chakra, not to mention Naruto's injury when he tried to use it.

However, Naruto's creative nature allowed him to find more than one way around these drawbacks. One way to avoid this problem was to use the chakra arms provided by his Kurama Chakra Mode to create a small Rasenshuriken that could cut through White Zetsu clones without losing any momentum. Fans haven't seen much of this technique, but any variant of the Rasenshuriken is extremely powerful.

Planetary Rasengan

The Planetary Rasengan is the basic Rasengan taken to one of its most powerful forms. Naruto used it during the Fourth Great Ninja War to completely destroy the immortal shinobi Edo Tensei. He created this technique by forming a Giant Rasengan and then creating three regular Rasengans, which the largest one absorbed.

Each of these Rasengans had different rotations, and the resulting chaotic spin destroyed the opponents and generated a massive, deadly vortex. This attack was powerful enough to completely disintegrate Mu, who was immortal due to the effects of Edo Tensei. Sage Mode's access to natural energy proved vital to Naruto during the Fourth Great Ninja War.

Rasenshuriken

By further shaping the Wind Release: Rasengan, Naruto is able to transform it into the much more powerful Wind Release: Rasenshuriken. When the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken hits its target, it envelops them in a massive vortex of wind and attacks their body at the cellular level, causing irreversible internal damage as well as an explosion nearly as large as the Nine-Tails. This naruto The ability was so powerful that it initially damaged Naruto upon use. However, when he learned Sage Mode, he was able to cast Wind Release: Rasenshuriken fast enough to cross a village-sized crater in about a second. Most powerful, however, was his ability to manifest a life-sized avatar of the Nine-Tailed Fox. This avatar allowed the Nine-Tailed Fox and Naruto to truly combine their powers and fight massive enemies, such as other tailed beasts or the perfect Susanoo. Naruto used this form to lead the Allied Shinobi Forces in an attack on the Ten-Tails.
