Titled <strong><em>ATTACK ON TITAN: The Musical<\/em><\/strong>will be presented at the New York City Center, in New York, USA, from October 11 to 13, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>A trailer was revealed to celebrate the announcement.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p> <iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"ATTACK on TITAN: The Musical | OFFICIAL TRAILER\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WSijVnb2ogg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe> <\/p><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong><em>Attack on Titan<\/em><\/strong>  creator Hajime Isayama expressed his excitement for the upcoming performances, stating: \u201c<em>When I saw the performance in Tokyo, I was struck by the intensity of the stage. I felt that the medium of musical theater perfectly fits the work of Attack on Titan. The performers&#039; actions and music create a new Attack on Titan that is distinct from both the original manga and the anime. They created an incredibly beautiful stage, and I can&#039;t wait for the people of New York to see it. A 25-episode first season aired from April to September 2013, followed by a 12-episode second season aired from April to June 2017. A 22-episode third season aired in two parts, with the first 12 episodes airing from July to October 2018 and the last 10 episodes airing from April to July 2019. A fourth and final season premiered in December 2020, airing 16 episodes in its first part. A 12-episode second part aired from January to April 2022, and the third and fourth parts aired as two specials; the first premiered in March 2023 and the second in November 2023.<\/p>\n<p>As of November 2023, the manga had over 140 million copies in circulation, making it one of the best-selling manga series of all time.
