I&#039;ve heard it might be possible, but I&#039;m wondering if anyone knows.&quot; &quot;It&#039;s my favorite anime,&quot; and from that question, many users began to weigh in on the matter.<\/p>\n<p>The first user responded that it is actually very unlikely that this will happen, since the author of the work <strong>\u201cDaisuke Sato\u201d<\/strong> He passed away in 2017, so the story remained unfinished. The manga <strong>High School of the Dead<\/strong> He did this together with his brother <strong>\u201cShouji Sato\u201d<\/strong>who refused to continue with the work, as he was only responsible for the illustrations and, in addition, it is a story that brings him a lot of sadness, so he does not feel able to continue.<\/p>\n<p>In relation to this previous argument, another user asked if there wasn&#039;t already a lot of material that could be adapted, although perhaps to give a conclusion, the story would have to be altered to give it a proper ending, something that has been done before with anime like <strong>\u201cAkame ga Kill\u201d<\/strong>. To this, a person who disagreed said that why should they do this? To this question, another person responded that Shouji owns the entire manga and anime, as Daisuke gave him the rights when he died, but the artist refuses to remake the series or sell the rights.<\/p>\n<p>Something that was also much commented on is that, due to the themes or humor that are dealt with <strong>High School of the Dead<\/strong>Making a sequel to this story wouldn&#039;t be a good idea, as its public reception would likely be poor, as it deals with issues that are currently frowned upon by society. Even so, someone suggested that a sequel to this adaptation could be made by listing it as <strong>\u00abanime h\u00bb<\/strong>that have resurfaced in popularity in recent times.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, many fans were left lamenting the prospects of continuing to see an adaptation of <strong>High School of the Dead<\/strong>For example, many people said they should abandon the anime because more than ten years had passed and it wouldn&#039;t return, but fans said they didn&#039;t want to.
