After two compilation films, the third, titled &quot;<strong>Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica: Hangyaku no Monogatari<\/strong>\u201d It served as a direct sequel upon its release in October 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Seven years later the spin-off \u201c<strong>Magic Record: Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica Gaiden<\/strong>&quot;, in Winter 2020 with a total of thirteen episodes. Kyuubey offers them a proposition: he will grant any of their wishes, and in exchange, each of them will become a magical girl (mahou shoujo), gaining the power to fulfill their dreams.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>However, Homura Akemi, already a magical girl, encourages them not to accept the offer, stating that it&#039;s not as good as it seems.
